EARLY HANDCRAFTED AMETHYST MEXICAN BRACELET
This is a lovely handcrafted Mexican silver bracelet. The traditional motif includes large silver beaded panels topped with well-matched round amethysts. The panels are attached with fine hinges. This piece is wonderfully feminine and yet the right weight and size to get noticed. Very well made, this Mexican bracelet is in excellent vintage condition. The hallmarks appear to pre-date the Mexican assayer's Eagle mark, dating it before 1948. This piece is likely from Taxco, Mexico, though it is not possible to confirm its specific origins based on the hallmark.
